From a very young age

I understood that the kitchen was a special place. Not only because of the sweet aromas that filled the house, but because of what happened around the table: laughter, shared stories, and small and big celebrations that stayed in the heart.

An Unexpected Beginning

Pastry entered my life almost without warning, the way the most important things often do. I started baking for my family and friends, surrounded by inherited recipes, sugar-stained notebooks, and a deep curiosity to learn.

Turning Curiosity Into a Calling

Over time, that curiosity became a calling. I studied, practiced, made countless mistakes, and started over just as many times. Along the way, I discovered that pastry is a beautiful balance between technique and emotion: precision, patience, and above all, sensitivity.
